failed "emerge ca-certificates"

emerge ca-certificatesがうまくいかない。
放置しておけば治るかなと思っていたが、治らなかったので、Googleで調べて直した。

起きている問題は

直し方
/etc/locale.genに
en_US.UTF-8 UTF-8
を追加し、locate.gen。

続いて、/etc/env.d/02localeを
LANG="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="C"
にして、env-updateとsource /etc/profileを実行。
